Shipping Policy

Packages within the USA are dispatched from numerous warehouses throughout the United States. Once your order is confirmed, it may take up to 72 hours to get it ready and shipped on running days (Monday–Friday).

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 3 working days. During high-demand intervals or sales, this may take a chunk longer. Once your order is sent, transport inside the USA usually takes 9-10 operating days. In some cases, shipping may also extend to 6-9 running days, in particular in case your order is being shipped from our warehouse in Asia.

Delivery schedules can shift during festive periods or unique product releases. We partner with companies that include DHL, FedEx, USPS, and UPS. You’ll be notified of the expected delivery date in the course of checkout, and we take care of shipments best on enterprise days. Once your bundle is dispatched, you’ll get hold of a tracking number through email within 1 to 3 working days.

International Shipping: For our global customers, we offer UPS International Shipping, with fees computed live at checkout. International shipments generally take 10-11 working days. Please be aware that import/customs prices can also be observed, and Comme Des Garçons is not liable for deliveries affected by customs delays, natural disasters, delivery strikes, or extra prices incurred as soon as the package leaves the United States.

Customs Information: Customers are responsible for any customs expenses, taxes, and responsibilities. We no longer cover customs fees for your USA delivery delays or issues because of incorrect shipping information. You can count on acquiring your monitoring details within 1-2 working days after placing an order.

Lost Packages: We aren’t responsible for misplaced or stolen programs. If your bundle is marked as added to the suitable cope with, we can not provide refunds or replacements for stolen or missing objects.
